Tasting Notes:
The top wine of the estate is the essence of the best vineyards and the skills of the team. A wine for long term cellaring with big structure, loads of fruit extract and a creamy mouthfeel, supported by fine grained tannins. Slowly opening in the glass with beautiful scents of wildflowers, wild berries, crushed stones, cedar wood, smoke and black tea.

Serve with 14 – 17°C, decant when young, drink it alone, but goes well with all meat dishes, mature cheese. Drink from 2021 on to 2036. Store below 15°C.
