Tasting Notes:

The top wine of the estate is the essence of the best vineyards and the skills of the team. A wine for long term cellaring with big structure, loads of fruit extract and a creamy mouthfeel. Slowly opening in the glass with beautiful scents of wild flowers, wild berries, crushed stones, smoke and black tea.

Service and Pairing:

Serve with 14 – 17°C, decant, drink it alone, but goes well with all meat dishes, mature cheese. Drink from 2020 on to 2035. Store below 15°C.
