Tasting Notes:

The best lots of our vineyards build the blend of this beautiful Zambujeiro. It shows an intense and very pure bouquet of violets, cooked plums, orange zest and coffee. Full bodied and opulent but very focused, balanced with fresh acidity and some minerality. Fine and smooth tannins build a solid backbone, pure fine and long lasting fruit makes the wine very long and intense. If kept below 15°C it will easily improve over a decade or more.

With all kind of meat, pastas or alone.

Serve between 15 – 17°C.
