Origin:
Vinho Regional Alentejano, Borba, Portugal
Blend:
33% Arinto, 33% Antão Vaz, 34 % Roupeiro, 13% vol. alc.
Winemaking:
Hand harvested and gently pressed, fermented and matured for 12 months in French oak barrels (30% new).
Tasting Notes:
Bright gold, intense bouquet of tropical fruit, pears, flowers, vanilla and coconut. Sumptuous, creamy, soft, balanced by a refreshing acidity, beautiful and long lasting fruit, a nice touch of smoke and toast. A solid and classic white wine for special occasions.
Service and Pairing:
Drink with 7 – 9°C, goes well with poultry, seafood, terrines, or alone.
Drink from 2020 on to 2025. Store below 15°C.
