Borba, Vinho Regional, Alentejo, Portugal

Tasting Notes:

An iconic red with intensity and lots of structure. It displays plenty of dark fruit, opulent scents of roses and violets, dried orange peel, hints of smoke, mint, and crème de cassis. Solid and dense, finegrained tannins, beautiful balance, lots of delicious fruit-extract, extremely long in finish.

Service and Pairing:

Drink with 13 – 15°C, goes well with meat dishes, risottos, grilled tuna or alone.
Drink from 2022 on to 2035. Store below 15°C.
