Blend:
55% de Alicante Bouschet, 18% Aragonez, 13% Touriga nacional, 7% Tinta Caiada, 7% Trincadeira, 15% vol. Alc.
Production:
35.000 bottles
Winemaking:
Handpicked, selection by hand, fermented in stainless steel fermenters, 3-4 weeks skin contact, malolactic fermentation in barrels of French oak, 50% new, 24 months barrel aged.
Tasting notes:
This sumptuous wine comes with a dark-black red colour and offers an intense bouquet of black currant, flowers, dried orange zest. It is rich and creamy, has a juicy and sweet fruit extract, solid but smooth tannins, balanced with fresh acidity. Long lasting finish with plenty of fruit.
