Vinho Regional Alentejano, Borba, Portugal

Blend:

35% Aragonez, 20% Touriga Nacional, 20% Alicante Bouschet, 9% Tinta Caiada, 9% Petit Verdot, 7% Trincadeira, 14.0% vol. Alc.

Production:

60.000 bottles

Winemaking:

Hand harvested from yield reduced vineyards.
Hand sorted on conveyor belts. Fermented in steel tanks.
Matured for 12 months in used french oak barrels.

Tasting notes:

Dark colour with violet hues.
A very intense bouquet with scents of fresh flowers, red berries and a hint of asian spices.
A tasty, fruit driven red with a soft structure, fine concentration, a fresh and juicy feeling and a pleasant fruit taste on the end.

Serve with:

Goes well with appetizers like cheese and sausages, grilled meat or asian food.

Store between:13 -15ºC .
Drink 2018 – 2023.
